It seemed for a moment like no one wanted to win the point - Zidansek did but she then lost the match by some margin.
23:36 CET - Earlier in Atlanta, top seed Taylor Fritz (25) beat Kei Nishikori (33) 6-4, 6-2 in their quarter-final. Fritz will play JJ Wolf (24) in the final four tomorrow.
23:32 CET - Veteran Stan Wawrinka (38) completes the final four at the Croatia Open after beating Roberto Carballes Baena (30) 6-4, 7-5 in their quarter-final. Wawrinka will play Lorenzo Sonego (28) in the semis tomorrow.
22:36 CET - Second seed Lorenzo Sonego (28) has advanced to the semi-finals at the Croatian Open in Umag after beating Jaume Munar (26) 3-6, 6-1, 6-2.
Earlier in Umag, Alexei Popyrin (23) and Matteo Arnaldi (22) both won their respective quarter-finals to set up a semi-final with each other.
20:24 CET - Top seed Casper Rudd (24) has been knocked out of the Hamburg Open by French teen Arthur Fils (19). Fils won the match 6-0, 6-4.
