No.1 seed Carlos Alcaraz (19) got his first win over Felix Auger-Aliassime (22), defeating the Canadian 6-4 6-4. He will take on Jannik Sinner (21) in the last four, who edged past defending champion Taylor Fritz (25) in a tight affair 6-4 4-6 6-4.
