22:17 CET - Seven-time champion Novak Djokovic (37) has beaten Holger Rune (21) in straight sets to take the final men's quarter-final berth, incredibly it will be the Serb's 15th appearance in the quarters at Wimbledon. In a commanding performance, the living legend downed the Dane 6-3, 6-4, 6-2.

20:58 CET - Barbora Krejcikova (28) has outclassed Danielle Collins (30) to snap up the final women's quarter-final berth. The Czech beat the 11th seed 7-5, 6-3, she will next face Jelena Ostapenko (27).

20:16 CET - It's time for the main event of the day! Play has started on Centre Court for the final's men's clash of the day and the round with seven-time champion Novak Djokovic (37) taking on Holger Rune (21) for the last quarter-final berth.
19:57 CET - What a monumental effort from 13th seed Taylor Fritz (26) who recovered from two sets down to outlast Alexander Zverev (27) 4-6, 6-7(4), 6-4, 7-6(3), 6-3. It's the second Wimbledon quarter-final for the big-hitting American.
19:15 CET - Fourth seed Alexander Zverev (27) and American Taylor Fritz (26) are into a fascinating final set on Centre Court.

18:48 CET - Jelena Ostapenko (27) has continued her superb run of form this tournament with an emphatic 6-2, 6-3 win against Iga Swiatek's conqueror, Yulia Putintseva (29).
17:14 CET - Ninth seed Alex de Minaur (25) is through to a first Wimbledon quarter-final after an absorbing four-set victory over mercurial Frenchman Arthur Fils (20).
The Aussie triumphed 6-2, 6-4, 4-6, 6-3, but there were concerning scenes towards the end with De Minaur appearing to have injured himself on match point leading to a subdued celebration.
16:22 CET - Elina Svitolina (29) has eased into the quarter-finals, sweeping past Xinyu Wang (22) 6-2, 6-1 in just 56 minutes. The Ukrainian will face fourth seed Elena Rybakina (25) next on Wednesday.
15:38 CET - Former champion Elena Rybakina (25) is safely through to the last eight after her opponent Anna Kalinskaya (25) was forced to retire while trailing 3-6, 0-3. The Kazakh is the highest seed remaining in the women's draw and many people's favourite for the title.
14:41 CET - Action is underway on Centre Court with fourth seed Elena Rybakina (25) up against the in-form Anna Kalinskaya (25) for a spot in the quarter-finals.
14:08 CET - It took over two hours but 25th seed Lorenzo Musetti (22) has beaten Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard (21) 4-6, 6-3, 6-3, 6-2 to advance to the quarter-finals. It will be Musetti's first Grand Slam quarter!
